Shawn Anderson

Shawn Anderson is the founder and principal consultant of SCION Organizational Development. A graduate of Geneva College with a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership and a minor in Management, Shawn brings more than 20 years of executive-level experience to every engagement.
As a self-employed business consultant specializing in Organizational Development and Change, Shawn has worked alongside entrepreneurs, non-profits, small businesses, and major corporations — guiding them through challenges ranging from business planning and development to marketing, branding, and staff development.
Shawn has held executive positions across a wide range of fields in the private, non-profit, and public sectors. Most notably, he served as City Manager for the City of Farrell, PA — where he led the effort to balance a municipal budget and redesign administrative operations under significant institutional pressure.
His project portfolio spans the full spectrum of organizational complexity: from the creation of a faith-based life recovery program, to the organizational design of administrative teams, to strategic planning initiatives for corporations navigating growth and change. Shawn's approach is grounded, collaborative, and built on the belief that lasting change begins with honest discovery.
